Production Time & Shipping Speed
Most products in our brew store have a production time of 3-7 business days. Please see the below chart for specific lead times by product category. If you require rush production or expedited shipping we do offer these services but you will need to contact us directly. Shipping Method
We ship using UPS Ground for all orders placed through the REOTEMP Brew Web Store. If you require rush production or expedited shipping we do offer these services but you will need to contact us directly. Accepted Payment Methods
PayPal and most major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Non-US Customers
Unfortunately we are unable to offer online web ordering to international customers outside the United States or Canadian customers through our web store. International orders can however be placed by contacting us directly at 800-648-7737 from 8am-5pm PST or by sending us an email at brewing@reotemp.com.
Damaged Packages
If your product was damaged during shipping or delivery contact, do not accept the package. The shipping carrier will then return the product to Reotemp and we will contact you. If you didn't notice the damage until after the package was delivered, contact Reotemp for a return authorization.
Returns & Refunds
REOTEMP stands behind it's products and will handle your return or replacement in a timely manner. For all returns, a return authorization is required. To obtain a return authorization please contact REOTEMP's customer service at (858) 784-0710 8am-5pm PST M-F or brewing@reotemp.com to begin the return or replacement process. For United States, International and Canadian customers, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping product(s) back to REOTEMP’s factory. Upon inspection, if the product is determined to have defective materials or workmanship under normal use, then REOTEMP will repair or replace the product(s) and cover the cost of shipping back to the customer.

Temperature Products Warranty
Our Guarantee
REOTEMP guarantees our products will perform within the cataloged performance specifications if used within specified parameters. Determination of defect or failure will be made at REOTEMP or at a certified test facility. Warranty is limited to replacement or repair at factory. This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, and of all other obligations or liability on our part for damages, including but not limited to, consequential damages arising out of use or misuse of our temperature or pressure instruments, and we neither assume nor authorize anyone to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our instruments or sensors. REOTEMP reserves the right to make product improvements and change its specification stated throughout this catalog at anytime without notification. Please contact the factory on all critical dimensions and specifications for verifications.
Five Year Warranty
We warrant 3”, 4”, and 5” dial bimetal thermometers* against defective materials or workmanship under normal use and service as per ASME B40 standards for five (5) years following date of shipment. This warranty does not cover exposure to corrosive materials, temperatures in excess of those recommended, excessive vibration, or forces or abrasions which cause bending or unsealing of the case or stem. REOTEMP’s liability is limited to repair or replacement at the factory, shipping charges prepaid. *The thermometers covered by this warranty are all 3”, 4”, and 5” dial bimetal thermometers except those with plastic crystals, silicone filling, stems exceeding 35”, and minimum - maximum pointers, which are covered for 1 year from the date of shipment.
One Year Warranty
All other REOTEMP temperature instruments are warranted for one (1) year from date of shipment under normal use and service as per ASME B40 standards to be free of manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship. REOTEMP’s liability is limited to repair or replacement at the factory, shipping charges prepaid.
Pressure Products Warranty
REOTEMP warrants all pressure gauges and pressure products against defective workmanship or materials under normal use and service for the following periods after the date of shipment:
• All Pressure and Differential Pressure Gauges: 3 Years
• Valves and Manifolds: 3 Years
• Diaphragm Seals: 1 Year
• Pressure Transmitters and Switches: 1 Year
• Accessories and Other Items not Mentioned: 1 Year
REOTEMP’s liability is limited to repair or replacement at the factory, shipping charges prepaid. This warranty does not cover deterioration from normal wear and tear, exposure to corrosive materials, exposure to temperatures or pressures in excess of those recommended, excessive vibration, forces, or abrasion which cause deformation of component parts. This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied. REOTEMP shall not be liable for any defect or consequential damages arising out of any defects or from any cause whatsoever. Suitability of product for the customer’s application rests with the customer; REOTEMP does not warrant suitability of its products for the application chosen by the customer. REOTEMP will only accept shipments with returned product that are accompanied with a return authorization issued by REOTEMP. Please respect the health and safety of our employees by cleaning goods before return, disclosing any chemicals or foreign substance that may be on returned product and enclosing MSDS information. Handling and cleaning fees may apply. REOTEMP reserves the right to make product improvements and change its specifications stated throughout the catalog at anytime without notification.
